The program opened with the New Cursor wizard activated. This Mingwm10.Dll dialog offered selections for our new cursor’s Size, Color Depth, and Mingwm10.Dll Mode (where applicable), plus the option to designate it as the default cursor in Windows. When we made our selections, the user interface’s colorful array of tools filled the main window, including a grid-based Workspace for designing our cursor. BS.Player is a free video and media player that’s been around in several versions for some time. It’s a capable tool with lots of options and some useful specializations, such as automatically scanning your system for missing codecs and downloading and installing them. It’s got some clunkiness, though, and it displays a nag Mingwm10.Dll overlay when you Mingwm10.Dll. It’s only on the screen for a few seconds (though it seems longer) but all it does is tell you that BS.Player is free for noncommercial use.
